When trying to log onto the app on my Samsung phone, it will not let me.  SSO doesn't work. Neither does typing my credentials in manually. 

Not sure if this is related but IIQ has been painfully slow all morning.    


We haven’t been able to load tickets at our district for over an hour now.  And i was just able to enter a support ticket because that wasn’t working either.

Looks like there was a fix to increase that capacity. Are you still experiencing these long wait times?

I am still unable to use the app on my phone. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, applied all updates, still cant. thanks for all of the support!
