Currently I have a filter set to specifically filter users with the role of “no access”, but that just filters all those users in alphabetical order and I have to manually click through multiple pages to find the user I’m looking for, and any other filters seem to only filter active users. The main user search only filters without that role as well. Is there a setting or something I can set to make it also search users with “no access”?

Hello, @ellipsis! Incident IQ specifically hides no access users from most searches. However, you can search for the specific and exact name or the exact email of a user through the main search or user search and it will pull them up. For instance, if you search for “Deborah” in a search and there are four “Deborah's” in the system, and one is a “No Access” account then the search will show only three. However, if they search for Deborah Creekmore and that account is the “No Access” account then you will see the direct account. The same goes for an email search. It will show if the exact and full email address of the “No Access” user is entered in the search.
