I have been using iiQ since the spring of 2020 and greatly value it as a tool to provide the best customer service we can for our employees and students. Though we are a small department of two iiQ helps us keep track of the issues we are working on and at the same time ensure efficient priortization and communication with our users. We just purchased the facilities module and I look forward to helping our maintenance, grounds, and custodial departments organize their work. I am hoping to learn from and share with all of the members of this community how to make best use of the tools iiQ provides us.

Hello, my name is Kristy Hovers and I am the Director of Technology for Cartersville City Schools in Cartersville, GA. We started using iiQ in February of 2020 and it was a lifesaver during our shut down for COVID. We were looking for a two way communication ticketing system. We are a small department of 5 that services around 6,000 users and 15,000 pieces of equipment. iiQ has given us the ability to be more organized and streamline our service. Our district just purchased the facilities module and this has made submitting tickets so much easier for our teachers and staff. I am looking for ideas and ways to integrate with current systems to make this process even more seamless for our users. I also hope to get students on board submitting tickets.
Hi @khovers, and welcome! Thank you so much for being part of the community team! We are so excited to collaborate with you and communicate on the great ways you are utilizing Incident IQ in your district!

Hi everyone!
My name is Travis Collins and I’m the CEO at Incident IQ. I am really excited to see Incident IQCommunity launch today. Our entire org is proud of what our Community Team has done to create this awesome platform for learning, discussion, interaction and sharing. One of the most positive elements that I find consistently present in K-12 districts and schools throughout the U.S. is the willingness to share best practices and to help colleagues in other districts near and far. Hopefully, this Community space will provide an opportunity for more great “district to district” communication and sharing to ultimately benefit the classroom experience in your schools.
We have learned so much from the dynamic and innovative iiQ Community of users and that’s why we wanted to invest in this platform and our dedicated Community team (thank you @Hannah Bailey , @Deborah Creekmore , @Reesa Azar and @Jessica Adkins ) so that we can listen better, learn more, and help our awesome customer community use iiQ to support teaching and learning more effectively and efficiently than ever.
Please know we are all here to help you succeed with iiQ - we care about your mission and we want to be your very best partner. Please let us know at anytime what else we can do to help.
