Questions vs. Discussions

When is a good time to ask a question versus start a discussion/topic within the community? Great question 😉 The question feature should be used when you have a question and are seeking an answer. Maybe you created a ticket template and now you aren’t sure how to implement it. Ask the community! The discussion feature should be used when you want to create a post or share something cool you discovered, like a new workflow for working tickets within your district, the custom fields you are using for your district, or how you are engaging your end users to encourage them to use iiQ. It’s as simple as that.

Is there a way to change our display name in iiQ community? As much as I “love” the display name “KHowe 90708b3 rockland”, it would be nice to have something not so “auto generated”. I see some people with relatively normal looking display names so I figured it might be a thing I just have not seen.

Search Results Not Displaying Within Community

If your search results are not displayed within the community, here are a few steps you can take to make sure your results are displayed. Step 1: Your wifi network could be blocking requests. Are you using the school wifi where they have sites blocked? Is your browser showing your site blocked?
