When is a good time to ask a question versus start a discussion/topic within the community?

The question feature should be used when you have a question and are seeking an answer. Maybe you created a ticket template and now you aren’t sure how to implement it. Ask the community!

 

The discussion feature should be used when you want to create a post or share something cool you discovered, like a new workflow for working tickets within your district, the custom fields you are using for your district, or how you are engaging your end users to encourage them to use iiQ.

 

It’s as simple as that.
