I am unable to customize the icon when working in issues, but the icon doesn’t update when putting in a ticket.                                             Issue icons are visible when modifying issuesIssue icons default back to a folder when putting in a ticket. 

Hi All,   Is there a way to view or run a report for Students that do not have an assigned device  ( Chromebook ) yet. Please advise. Thank you in advance and have a great one!-Cesar

We use SSO to our authentication server to login to our IIQ service, yet we are getting the “Please set your password recovery questions” banner at every login.Although it is easy just to X out of the banner, it is annoying and unnecessary to see this message every time we login.How can it be disabled for organizations which use SSO?

There are many actions that we can search and select in Incident IQ. If we type say for example, “Adjusted Settings”, we can type the first few letters and get action suggestions. But is there a way to see all the actions available or is there a list somewhere so we can see what all there is to select rather then just searching for whatever action?

Our district is brand new to iiQ this year and need to be able to rapid scan current inventory to check for inventory accuracy.For example; I checked in all of my Chromebooks during EOY collection. Now I want to rapid scan them all again to make sure they all scanned in correctly. But I can't find anywhere in iiQ where I can just do a rapid scan of current, mostly checked in inventory without having to manually clear the field to scan the next barcode. This is extremely time consuming as I have around 2,000 Chromebooks in my office. I just want to be able to re-scan inventory at any given time without having to clear out the scan field after every barcode. Is there a way to do this? I’m not an admin, just an agent with limited permissions. 

This is via the Google Devices app.I created several Asset Statuses and Mapped them under the General Settings tab. However, active devices are showing up as Deprovisioned/Disposed, and I’m not sure why.  I have reauthenticated the app, pushed data, and run a sync, but active devices are still showing in IIQ with the incorrect asset status.

We have just partnered with Incident IQ and are trying to figure if it’s possible to create a 4 digit Asset Number?We have a 4 digit system that we can upload via CSV but going forward how do we generate the same sequence in IncidentIQ? 

I’m on Android, my iiQ notifications has “2032y” on it, what is that? 

I am wondering what this option does if you say yes?

We are utilizing Fee Tracker and trying to send our statements.  On some of them it will say “We will let you know when this is sent” but there is no where to prove where it actually sent?  Also some just say “Not Started”.  How do we know if these receipts/statements are actually being sent? 

Someone submitted a request in the wrong module. We should be able to move it to the correct module.

Why is updating the cost of a part is complicated? The BOT initially referred me to Import Parts which does not have Unit Cost. When I mentioned that, it corrected itself and told me to Import Inventory. Which I did, then I noticed that it skipped the part because it was saying that no parts are found. Long story short, I exported the part, updated the cost and import the file. Then had to made sure that Qty Available at Location(s) is mapped to Location even though that field is empty before it allowed me to import the inventory and change the Avg Cost. There has to be a easier way of updating this...
