If your search results are not displayed within the community, here are a few steps you can take to make sure your results are displayed.
Step 1: Your wifi network could be blocking requests. Are you using the school wifi where they have sites blocked? Is your browser showing your site blocked? Try to access the community on a mobile device that is not connected to the same network as your computer. Still unable to search? Try the next step.
Step 2: Try to access the community via incognito. Still unable to search? Try the next step.
Step 3: Try to open the console and see if there are errors shown? (You can access console by right clicking on the screen and clicking on inspect. Go to the console tab and under the red (X). Do note there might be normal errors as well.)
