Expectations for Engagement

We’re a community that is built around support and collaboration. Around here, we give support as well as receive support! We want everyone to feel comfortable posting any and all product questions, ideas, best practices, use cases, and more. See a question you know the answer to or want to share a similar experience? Go ahead and help a fellow iiQ member out!

The Incident IQ community is a forum where members and iiQ employees engage in discussions, share ideas & problems, ask questions, and provide answers.

  • Engagement among members is strongly encouraged by Incident IQ
    • If a resolution is urgent or a specific use case that requires additional attention to your district site, please contact the iiQ support team
    • If possible, share answers or workarounds on the community to help others in the future
    • Be sure to include as much information as possible in your questions/discussions - images, videos, specific steps you took to get to the issue, the product or platform, integration or app that you are having issues with, etc.

Each and every member is a critical part of the Incident IQ community and can offer distinctive contributions. Frequently interacting and engaging in the community will help you build notoriety among community members.

💛 Golden Rule

Conversation is an essential part of our community. All we ask is that those conversations stay helpful, honest, and considerate. Please do not post obscene, hateful, or objectionable content. Never post personal information or customer data. Don’t post copyrighted content without permission. A healthy debate can take place without ever attacking people personally. So be kind and treat others the way you would like to be treated. Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question and chances are that someone else within the community is wondering the same thing as you.

Thank you for considering these rules when interacting throughout the community. Let’s work together to create an environment where everyone feels inspired to participate in open conversations that influence each other.
