The Incident IQ community is the place where users come to communicate, collaborate, and share iiQ knowledge and expertise with each other. It means, here you can ask, find, and answer questions related to different ways of using Incident IQ. Chances are that if you’re asking something– someone’s probably asked and/or answered a question similar to yours😀

Incident IQ employees also participate in some discussions, but please note that they are not the primary responders, as we want you all to learn from each other.

When to contact the iiQ support team and how to do it

You may have specific questions or are experiencing a problem the community cannot resolve– we’re here to help! We have a dedicated support team that can answer your questions.

If you are looking for official, in-depth support (regarding technical questions, features, etc.) or you have run into an issue (error message, features not working, other bugs), please reach out to the Incident IQ support team directly. Login to your iiQ school district’s site, and follow the steps below to access the support link.
