​@Michelle_Williams Thank you for responding, at this time we don’t offer combination custom fields however as a suggested workaround you can could use the combination of a “select field and free text field” . By providing clear instructions in the description box, you can guide end users to make the correct selections or enter the necessary details in the free text field.

Haven’t tried this myself, but maybe you could do 2 custom fields, and use filters to determine which one shows up? That is, if the location for the ticket is an elementary school, field 1 shows up. Then a second condition with field 2 for MS/HS?

I love this collaboration. ​@efoxworth_iiQ is correct where you cannot offer a combo field but I like where ​@AMeyer Greendale Schools head is at! You could add a condition to the custom field to show whether it is at an elementary school versus middle/high!
