Is there an easy way to limit who can submit tickets per location? Our Maintenance department only wants certain individuals to submit tickets in their module.
Is this between the ticketing module and the facilities modules or just under the ticketing module?
This would be just under the Facilities module. In IT Ticketing we allow every staff member to submit a ticket. Facilities they want it vetted by there building submitters before it is added into the system.
If this is for agents, you can adjust the permissions for them only to see ticketing!
For staff, you can hide the Model Category from the ticketing module so people who do not have access to ticketing will not be able to see the option for the facilities module within ticketing.
There are a few other ways as well. Is this for staff or for agents?
