Google SSO - Multiple Domains

When I go to manage Google SSO, I see there is an “ADD NEW DOMAIN” button.

Will this let me add an additional Google Workspace domain for SSO?

If so, will identical OU’s in each domain be able to be treated differently for user import?

For instance, each domain has a “/Students” OU.

We have a charter school that has it’s own independent Google Workspace domain and we’d like to import those users as well, but when we do OU location mapping, we need to be able to put those users in the correct location.

Yes, clicking the "ADD NEW DOMAIN" button will allow you to integrate an additional Google Workspace domain into the SSO application.

If you have OUs with identical names across different domains, we strongly recommend using the full OU path (or enough of the path to make it unique).

The platform utilizes a wildcard search when scanning OU paths. Without the specific full path, the system may struggle to distinguish between identical names, potentially leading to sync errors or mapping users to the wrong domain.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hmmm, that may pose some issues as the full OU paths for some OU’s are identical between the two domains.

For example, both domains have a “/Students” OU
