Happy Friday!

 

We are having an issue where one of the custom Tags we created has been deleted. I am trying to investigate specifically how this happened, but do not see any option for viewing changes to our iiQ environment. Is this a thing?

There is no way to track that change. If you submit a support ticket, our development team might be able to pull that information, but I am unsure if they can. 

Do you have all your tickets tagged? If so, you could sort by excluding the tags, which would give you the tickets you do not have tagged with the specific tag.
