Thank you for your question! To build this report you would go to Tickets from your left hand navigation and then select ‘new view’. You can add any filters you’d like. I’d suggest using one of our ‘moving date ranges’ so that you don’t have to reconfigure this every week!
 

If you select the columns tab, you will be able to reorganize and add any additional columns. 

You have the ability to export this on a schedule to an SFTP by selecting the ‘export’ tab. Currently, there's no option to email these custom views, but you can upvote this open idea for this feature in the Idea Exchange!
