Can I get a screenshot of what she is seeing and where?
I think it has to do with her permissions - does she have permission to view users?
This was an issue for us with the new permissions update. I had to add the “List Users” permission to the Global Staff permission policy, and “List Assets” for them to be able to put in tickets for assets that aren’t assigned to them (primarily student iPads). This just allows them to see those lists when entering in names/asset tags, not search outside of those fields.
