One of our secretaries has not been able to add additional users to notify on her ticket.  No names appear when she starts to type a name.

 

Any suggestions or questions?

Can I get a screenshot of what she is seeing and where? 

I think it has to do with her permissions - does she have permission to view users? 


This was an issue for us with the new permissions update. I had to add the “List Users” permission to the Global Staff permission policy, and “List Assets” for them to be able to put in tickets for assets that aren’t assigned to them (primarily student iPads). This just allows them to see those lists when entering in names/asset tags, not search outside of those fields.

This is an issue for us as well checked and we have it to list users as suggested any other ideas ??

 

 


@ADeLacy Can you send me an example user? I will be able to dig into their permissions for you. 


@Kathryn Carter It looks like it self corrected, I swear been having a lot of these types of hiccups lately. An item wont be working I check all the settings, post to forum / or make a ticket and it resolves itself.

 

I appreciate the check in I will monitor but for now it seems like my staff can us this feature again.  


@ADeLacy Happy to help when I can 😄 It is like when I can’t find my glasses, and I have looked everywhere, and my husband walks in and finds it immediately.
