We have checked your site and have not seen the frozen/spinning this morning. Are you still experiencing this? Have you cleared your cache? 

It is working now. However it was not at the time mentioned. We have a team of 7 people at different locations and all experienced the same, while other websites/internet apps are working normally.

This is not a single incident, there has been too many technical issues since spring this year. not sure what happened.
