Is there a way to hide some of the default workflow ticket status? There are many options we don’t need.
Head to Admin/Ticket status. Select the ticket status you would like to delete and then, in the top right corner, click delete!
This should work on any status. I hope this helps
That doesn’t work for most of them. I get this error:
I was trying to remove/hide the two “from email” ones…but we will just work around them. Thank you for your reply.
We would like to delete/turn off ticket status as well. We would like to remove Canceled and both from emails and get the same error about Workflows. Where can you edit workflow’s or remove those?
