I have a ticket (#3581) open with IIQ Support, but it seems to have been abandoned as it hasn’t been responded to or had any communication (other than from me) in two weeks. This is a major problem for us and we need to figure out what happened with this ticket, and how to resolve the issue to which the ticket is referring.
