Hi!  My name is Aaron Allred.  I work on the Mobile Devices Team and Manage Printers/Copiers across our district in Ann Arbor, MI (Ann Arbor Public Schools). We all wear a lot of different hats in our department.  This is our 3rd or 4th year with IIQ and it’s been a wonderful tool in helping us stay on top of the hundreds of tickets we get in every week. Happy to be here and looking forward to learning more about this product and it’s many features that we currently don’t know about!

@AAllred 16080dc aaps Welcome to community! Looking forward to hearing about your district utilizing iiQ!

Hi my name is David Zamarripa, I am the site tech at a PK-8 school in Aurora, Colorado.  I work in the APS school district and this coming year (24-25) will be the first year I will be using Incident IQ.  I have watched some training vidoes and some of the videos introducing the platform and I am very excited to start using it!!! I have been looking for a software/platform that would allow me to integrate several lists I already have and IIQ sounds like it can do that and more!!!

I am a guy who loves tech but also loves to get outdoors and enjoy what nature has to offer! Hiking, camping and fishing are at the top of my list of outdoor activities.  I hope to be able to gain even more knowledge here that I cannot find in a document or video, some of that real world experience is so vital to me!

Hi @DZamarripa 230675b aurorak12 Welcome to the iiQ Community! I love the outdoors as well, and living in Aurora, CO, is making me very jealous. Looking forward to seeing your contributions to the community as well as the lessons you learn!

Hi! I’m John Shields and I’m a Network Specialist for Dolton School District 149 in Illinois. We switched to IIQ about six months ago to manage our asset and ticketing system. Happy to be part of the community and looking forward to the knowledge provided.

@JShields 510a40c sd149 Welcome to our community! So glad you have joined us! 😄

Greetings everyone! 👋 I’m Amanda, the Technology Director for Wetzel County Schools in New Martinsville, WV💻. I’m approaching my one year anniversary in my role as Tech Director, but have been in administration for over 10 and education for 20.

⏰ We are almost ready to go live with iiQ. We’ve had a 1:1 initiative for years. I’m slowly working on ways to make entering tickets simple for teachers. Teachers have enough on their plates. We need to make their jobs easier.

Looking for best practices and innovative ideas. Looking forward to learning from this community!

Welcome @Amanda McP to our Community! Looking forward to watching you grow as an iiQ community member!

Hi there! My name is Bethany Futrell. I am the Technology Integration Specialist for Xenia Community Schools in Ohio. I am so excited to be a brand new user of iiQ. I have been receiving help requests via email. and it is very hard to keep everything straight and prioritize those who have been waiting.

While I enjoy tech and love my job (especially the people I work with), I also love plants, hiking, and all things nature. I live in such a beautiful area to explore many types of landscapes which I do often with my family.

@BFutrell 77501e xeniaschools Welcome to the community! I am so excited you have joined. Just know that our system will help you prioritize and organize those requests within our system. Looking forward to seeing those workflows in action.

Hello, my name is Lucinda Probst. I go by Cindi. I am the Help Desk Technician for Bremerton School District in Washington. We are implementing at this time. I was hoping our district would purchase the ticketing system. They decided to go with Freshservice for ticketing. We were using Frontline Asset Management (originally Hayes). Hoping we can streamline things. Look forward to working with the community.

@LProbst Welcome to our Community! What module of iiQ do you have?
