Good morning from northern Vermont!!
My name is Dan and our district is just getting started with IIQ - squeezing ourĀ onboard into 4 weeks (its ok, we have a wizard..)
Technology Coordinator for a small-ishĀ sized elementary school.
IIQ has already been good from my view - having the inventory and helpdesk as one system is going to help.Ā Better use of past info / actual use of past tickets - seems like the way to go.
Ā
No questions yet - just my intro :)
Thatās Bodie in the profile pic, heās way too smart.
Ā
Be well!

: Hi! My name is Robert, or Bobby, Rigo.
:Ā I was previous a Geek Squad Consultation Agent and Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent for the last 8 years. As of late October, I am an IT Clerk for Sage Oak Charter Schools spanning across several counties here in Southern California.
: My job with Sage Oak is the first time Iāve been exposed to Incident IQ so Iām going on almost 2 months now.
: With Incident IQ being my āthirdā application Iāve ever used for ticketing, itās been very helpful keeping communication with clients (or in this case, faculty and staff members).
: Itās not really relevant to anything, but I am a musician! Itās what Iāve gone to school for, and what Iād like to continue pursuing academically. Itās a big hobby and passion of mine. I also like keeping up technology in computers, gaming, and music equipment.
: Iām looking to work with all of you! Iām here both toĀ learn more about Incident IQ:Ā how to do certain tasks within the program as questions come up -Ā and maybe play a role in making Incident IQ better for all users: suggesting answers, ideas, etc.
