Hello!  I’m Chris and I am the Tech Services Help Desk for the Austin, Minnesota Public School District.  I am very happy with how IIQ has helped improve our asset and inventory control.

@MChristian 45075b1 austinmn Hi Chris; welcome to the iiQ community! 😄 So glad you are here!!!

Hi everyone! I'm Melinda Holman, the District Library Director for Pulaski County Special School District in Little Rock, Arkansas. We're new to Incident IQ and excited to dive in! Our district of 12,500 students is 1:1, and until now, we've been using separate systems for Chromebook inventory, circulation, and help desk ticketing. We're really looking forward to having everything streamlined in one platform. I'm grateful to be part of this community and look forward to asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning how others are using Incident IQ to support their districts!

Welcome @MHolman 95387dd pcssd!

Excited to collaborate with you in our community! 😁
