@MChristian 45075b1 austinmnĀ Hi Chris;Ā welcome to the iiQ community!Ā šŸ˜„ So glad you are here!!!Ā

Hi everyone! I'm Melinda Holman, the District Library Director for Pulaski County Special School District in Little Rock, Arkansas. We're new to Incident IQ and excited to dive in! Our district of 12,500 studentsĀ is 1:1, and until now, we've been using separate systems for Chromebook inventory, circulation, and help desk ticketing. We're really looking forward to having everything streamlined in one platform. I'm grateful to be part of this community and look forward to asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning how others are using Incident IQ to support their districts!

Hello, All !Ā  My name is AndrĆ© Ezell and I’m anĀ IT Specialist for the Capitol Region Education Council in Hartford, CT.Ā  I’m part of a team of about 25Ā and one of our biggest responsibilitiesĀ is keeping things running at the various magnet schools that are under our care.Ā  A year ago we first found IIQ while searching for a better inventory tool and started using only that component.Ā  Our positive impressions have continued and we are now looking to get into the other components/services of IIQ like the ticket workflows.Ā  I’m one of several helping to manage the system and I expect my history in ticket system building to be helpful to our process.Ā  I’m so glad to have found out about this IIQ Community as I’m sure that will make things easier to learn.

Hi there!

I’m Chris, a CSM on Justin’s team at Incident IQ. Prior to joining up as a CSM I worked on the development team here for 4.5 years as a quality engineer. IĀ love our product, our mission statement, and how it helps all of our users transform their districts and ultimately helps our nation’s students.

I’m always outside since I’m lucky enough to live inĀ beautiful Colorado.Ā I’m super into skiing, watching hockey, ice skating, hiking, camping, and riding bikes with my family.

I am very excited to finally be on the customer-facing side of things and work with everyone using our products! 😊

Hello. I am Jonathan Barton, and I have been a Technology Specialist for the Decatur County School System in Bainbridge Georgia for just over 23 years. We have been using IIQ for 2 to 3 years now to keep track of our inventory and assets. I am a little embarrassed to admit I never knew about this IIQ community thread until today. We have not transitioned our teachers and staff to using it for help tickets just yet, but that is something we are looking at doing very soon. The techs use IIQ to submit tickets for broken Chromebooks, and it works very efficiently especially with all of the Chromebook damage I deal with due to being the tech for the middle school. I am sure any technicianĀ at a middle school understands my pain. One of the things I have been working on is integrating the ticket system for our Chromebook insurance company, InstaProtek, into IIQ so we can submit tickets right from the same platform instead of having to access a separate ticket portal. We are very close to making this a reality. I am very excited to see the new AI ticketing assistant in action soon.Ā

Hello and welcome to the Incident IQ Community! 🄳  šŸŽ‰Ā

We are pleased to be here with you and have a chance to create an ecosystem where all Incident IQ users can connect, collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from each other.Ā

This thread is a space for you to share a little more about yourself, your interests, and all the cool iiQ-related things you are up to! Some questions you could answer to get started are below, but please feel free to add anything you’d like to your introduction:

  • What is your name? šŸ‘‹

  • What is your job title and where is your district located? šŸ’»

  • How long have you been using Incident IQ? ā°

  • What is 1 way Incident IQ has benefitted your job and workflow? šŸ‘

  • Anything you’d like the community to know about you? 😊

  • What are you looking for from this community? šŸ”Ž

We look forward to meeting and learning more about you.

Hey everyone! šŸ‘‹

My name is Steve Herron, and I’m a Technology Support Coordinator with Fulton County Schools in the Atlanta, GA area. I manage the school‑based Technology Specialists supporting the north part of the district, helping make sure our schools have what they need to support teaching, learning, and daily operations. šŸ’»

Fulton County Schools is one of the larger school districts in the state of Georgia, supporting 100,000+ students and staff and managing 200,000+ devices of all types. We just started using Incident IQ this school year after having it demoed to us several times over the years, and it’s been exciting to finally take that step. šŸš€

We’re using Incident IQ for both Technology Support ticketing and asset management, and it’s been great having support requests, inventory, and device visibility all in one place. We’re really excited about the potential of the platform to help us support a district of our size more effectively. āœ…

Outside of work, I enjoy camping and whitewater kayaking, which are great ways for me to unplug and recharge. šŸ•ļø

I’m looking forward to being part of this community to learn how other districts—especially large ones—are using Incident IQ, share ideas, and pick up best practices around technology support and asset management. šŸ¤

Thanks for the warm welcome—excited to connect with everyone! šŸŽ‰
