Best Practice: LocknCharge Tower

LocknCharge Towers are a great integration into the iiQ software. Upon learning more about this product, here are some best practices given to us by your peers from their onboarding period. Thanks @arosenbaum_iiQ for helping us gather this feedback.

First, when looking at a LocknCharge Tower, the imported serial numbers are very long and can be filled with multiple numbers and letters. Our first best practice is to change that Asset tag upon import. This allows you to search for that tower easily.

Another best practice would be creating a custom view based on your tower's adjusted asset tag name. This view would allow you to have all your towers in one spot to make adjustments. If you are needing to look at a tower, you just head to your custom view, and you are ready to make adjustments as needed.

The filter is just selecting a specific asset. With multiple towers, you can keep them all in one place in this custom view.
