We are looking for more insight regarding your workflows and day-to-day business:
- Asset mapping - the ability to plot assets on a 2D blueprint or floor plan to easily track assets’ locations and find them throughout your facilities
- Preventative maintenance schedules and work calendar - added customization around building out PM schedules and visualizing any upcoming work on a calendar view
- Asset cost analysis - calculating historical asset parts/labor costs and asset depreciation to better plan for when to replace certain assets
- Labor schedules - defining technicians’ expected work schedule/hours to automatically determine the type of labor, whether it was accurately classified (e.g., standard vs. overtime), and alert for any approvals
- Building automation - integrating with building automation systems (BAS) to remotely enable/disable systems such as HVAC for off-hour events and automatically track any abnormal behavior
