So we all love Incident IQ and all of the features that are available at your fingertips. Now that you have Incident IQ and have finished your onboarding, the next step is getting your faculty, staff, and students involved and active in utilizing Incident IQ. We all know that old habits die hard and there may be hurdles in getting your users into the system and off of direct phone calls to support.
We want to hear your feedback in getting your users engaged! What are some strategies that you found that worked in this process and what were some big wins that you all found in this process. Did you provide tutorials on submitting tickets, did you all just force users to submit tickets until they accepted it as the norm? Did quick tickets make this process easier for your users? Lets hear it!
You tactics may help other districts who are still trying to get that homerun in getting everyone active and engaged so please let us know what worked for you!
