I created an extension to add features to IIQ that are honestly lower priority but are still useful. This extension is not affiliated with IncidentIQ in any way and the source code is public. Feel free to try it out! Version 1.1.0 should be published soon which adds copy buttons and an options page.

Version 1.1.4 is pending publish. I discovered (and caused) a couple bugs that made the extension not work. But now I’ve got it all running and there are 3 features.

## Features

### Assets

- Adds a copy button for the asset and serial

### RapidScan

- Adds sounds to RapidScan

### Batch Check In

- Auto focus the device field after scanning storage box

There is also a new Options page that allows you to enable or disable features as you wish.

Version 1.1.7 will release tonight and can greatly help those who are trying to manage the issues and resolution actions!

When enabled, the feature hides unused issue categories (in both model issues and other ticket type issues). It also hides unused resolution actions so you can easily see what is enabled.

Use the Toggle Visibility button to show them. Also, searching reveals the hidden issues/actions.

This is amazing! I wonder why IIQ doesn’t create built in versions of these enhancements? The copy for the serial number is great!
