How can I run a report that only give me what outstanding charges were for a particular day?Can I rearrange how I see items; see document attached.. it is toward the bottom of by screen .. I need to move it to the top.

Thank you for contacting IIQ support! Unfortunately, neither of those features are available in IIQ at the moment. I would highly suggest that you add your idea to our idea exchange. Our developers view the Idea Exchange often to make updates our customers want to see. The link is below.
It would have been nice if they IIQ support … just put the problem in the exchange for me.

Can you provide a screenshot on the current filters you are using? We may not be able to get exactly what you are looking for but perhaps close.
This items in on the bottom of my page.. in the “Profile” section… can I switch this order.. we have student ID … classes.. devices used…..then ...”Fee Tracker”
I want it closer to the TOP…
Last Activity date “Damaged Device”- When I put in a date from week to week or day to day… where is this information pulling from? When I put in a particular date - a particular date… I somethings get stuff from 2023 one day that was not on the report I pulled just the day before?
So need to know where IIQ is looking to determine what the reports give me..

For your second comment, it is looking at the last activity on the ticket with the fee (if we are looking at a ticketing filter) or the user filter. That is interesting that it is showing you multiple times. Are you using the moving date ranges or stagnate filters?
I select from the filter the dates.. or range that I am looking for
Then I select my dates
@CJones White 538237 htps I logged into your site and am unable to replicate the additional dates (2023) with those exact filters you provided. Can you clear your cache and try again using this specific filter?
I cleared the Cache..
Now I do not see the option for me to look at CB fines

@CJones White 538237 htps You are currently logged into the Facilities Product. In order to see Chromebooks, you will need to move to the Ticketing Product via the drop down I circled.
Once you are back in ticketing, you should have no trouble creating that CV.

@CJones White 538237 htps I see you have an “Outstanding Balances” Custom view under users, but it does not currently have a date range filter applied. Is this the view you are looking at modifying?
Yes and when I run the report.. I select the date range that I want.. .
The outstanding balance total is 165
copy of outstanding balances is 9
When I request the range.. it should only show me what is in between those dates? Am I understanding it correctly?
@CJones White 538237 htps That is correct! It should show you those dates and what is in between. It looks like one of your views is “balances greater than 1” and the other is “balances greater than 0”
I am sure with all of the other 165 in the que… more should show up.. between the one we see?
all of our fines are greater than 1

How I look up my reports is amazing.
How how send out Invoices is amazing.
