We are using Google Admin with our IIQ. When making reports, I want to have the diagnostic information that is on IIQ in my report as well (Status, Firmware Version, OS Version, Platform Version, Last Sync, Last Enrollment). I am unable to get this information in a view. Is there any way to get this info for the report?

Hi @AHoskins 7833f48 chindy!

Have you tried adding columns to your view to get some of this information into your reports?

Hi there. I do not have the options for that in my views. I only have the Spare Pools app available when looking for a new column, but we do actively use Admin for IIQ. Is there a way for me to add that to my columns? Is this also possible to do just in a report by itself, or must it be within a view?

@AHoskins 7833f48 chindy You should be able to map those yourself under Apps>Google Devices>General Settings.

Scroll down a bit to Map custom values from googleDeviceData and you can pull those custom fields. You can’t sort an asset view with them, but you can use them in filters or export the view to do editing in Excel/Google Sheets.

I don’t think you can just add them to a report, but don’t quote me on that one! I’m always exporting a view to look at.

@AMeyer Greendale Schools Hello. I did create one called FirmwareVersion to see if I could use it in a filter and it did not show up in my filters. Is this the incorrect way to do this? I think the issue is that I just do not have anywhere to select anything from Google Device Data in any filters or anything like that.

@AHoskins 7833f48 chindy You might have to do a full sync of the Google Devices app for that to come over. My dropdown list in for that section of Google Devices isn’t populating right now so I can’t double check! I’ll look again later today to see if it’s working.

Thank you @AMeyer Greendale Schools! 😀

Yes, try running a full sync and if the fields are still not coming over as options to add as a column in your asset view, I’d recommend putting in a support ticket with our team so they can take a look!

Thank you guys for the help. Unfortunately I am still unable to see my filters or my Google Device Data app in my views. I will do what you suggested and put in a support ticket for this issue. Thank you!
