Fee Tracker PDF Generator

Is there anyway to customize the PDF generated through Fee Tracker? We would want to remove the school ID (student id) and maybe the email address.

Also @JLee 877aada wantaghufsd if you have your SIS integrated with iiQ, you will have an option show when sending an invoice from a user profile to send to parent/guardian.

Please be aware that this option to send to parent/guardian, ONLY shows when you are generating/sending from a users profile page.

Currently you are unable to customize the PDFs that are generated. But here is an idea that you can upvote for that enhancement

 

 

But we did just recently release the capability to customize the Fee Tracker Emails that are being sent.

Thank you. I assume the email goes to the student and not the parents when you choose to email it? We do have our infinite campus sync’d with IncidentIQ.

@JLee 877aada wantaghufsd That is correct; it will be sent to the student. However, you can add an external email to send, which would allow you to send them via parents:

Cool! Just learned something today! Thank you.

Hopefully, the feature request come through. We would love to use this feature. I just find it ironic that you have the PII option for tickets but on the invoice you display their PII.
