We are trying to figure out how/where is the forms manager app. We cannot locate in the administrator toolbar nor in the apps and integration page. We would like to use this feature to try and build out a ticket workflow, however we cant find it. Are we blind and dumb? lol

I am pretty sure it’s a premium app and won’t show up unless purchased. I was just looking at this myself to see about giving it a trial run. I’m fairly certain it shows under administration once in the system.
There is a request info option on the page(https://www.incidentiq.com/apps/forms-manager) for it
