In the Google Devices app we have Location Mappings set to map by both OU and Location Name. My question is simply which takes precedence in the case that there is a conflict?
For example let’s say we have a device with OU = A and Location Name = B.
Our mappings indicate that:
This device fits both criteria, so how will this device be mapped?

Thanks for your patience while waiting for a reply; we got many heads together for this one. It’s recommended that you pick one source of truth for this; you can always overwrite the OU path to match the field mapped to the Location Name if needed. Additionally, you can write back to the annotated location if that's the why behind mapping to the Location Name. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
I would prefer to use only the OU mapping, however we have a handful of devices from different schools that all live in the same OU, so that’s why we use Location Name mapping as well.

If you map "Field X" to "Location Mapping" in the user mapping tab, then use Location as the filter to map OU paths in the OU write-back settings for Google devices. For consistency, use the device location to determine the organizational unit (OU) in Google.
