I am on the struggle bus! I am trying to map my Jamf School locations to my IIQ locations and cannot for the life of me figure out why it won’t work. My Jamf School locations will not populate when I try to type them in and will not allow me to manually type the entire location in like I can do with my Google device locations. I have 15 different locations with assets at each. I would like to be able to run reports by building at some point. 

Does anyone have any advice for getting this to work?

So what was the solution?

@ARegueiferos 6470f5a mineola Are your JAMF School locations not population in the Locations Mapping Tab? Sometimes it can take some time for these to initially read. You can also create a custom mapping on the user mappings tab if you need to read location from a different field in JAMF school.

This did get sorted out for me. Initially, I only had one “location” enabled in JamfSchool and had to break down my JamfSchool instance into multiple locations to get IIQ to map correctly.
