Do we know if the newest I-9 form will be added to the system, or should we go in and add it ourselves to the forms?

We now have 2 active I-9s in the catalog:
- the newest one - version 8/31/2023, which expires in 2026;
- older one, which expires on 10/31/2023.
In order to add a form from the catalog to your environment:

Please choose the form from The Form Template Gallery.

Once the form is chosen, a copy of the form is added to the your environment.

You need to save it and publish it in their instance in order to use it.
Catalog forms are customizable. To do this, you can make edits in Forms designer. The changes made in the your environment will not influence our Forms Catalog.
+3Good news is that the current version of I-9 that is available in Incident IQ is valid until 10/31/2023 based on the information provided by USCIS (https://www.uscis.gov/i-9)
