Use of the Report support tool integration via IIQ.  

 

Has anyone been using or does use the tool integration for remote support in IIQ ?  I am speaking to VNC, Google, Quick Assist etc. I have been playing with them and they are clunky to say the least and I wanted to see if anyone was using them and if I am missing something.

I don’t think you’re missing much. There are simply better options available through SCCM/Intune/Workspace that allow remote assistance prompts to appear on a users screen without their input/need to navigate to a helpdesk ticket. 

I’m sure there are scenarios where its useful, especially if they’re on a personal machine. I’ve yet to personally come into a situation where its better than the alternatives
