As the title says, Is there anyway to print a report on end of life for devices? Like all devices that will be entering end of life within the next couple of years? Thanks!

Great Question, with the newest enhancements that have came out with Total Cost and End of Life, you can create a custom view and filter by the “End of Life” data point. Then export that from the custom view.

Hope this helps!

What type(s) of devices?

We’re a Google environment, so my first thought would be to map the Auto updateExpiration for our Chromebooks. That would be done in Apps>Manage>Google Devices>General Settings>scroll to the bottom for Map custom values from googleDeviceData.

From there, I could do a custom asset view based on that data that could be downloaded to a CSV.

This is also very useful! I was looking for a way to see other assets end of life that are put into my system, but I will also be taking advantage of this information as well. Thanks!

@MArchuleta 473789d eosd I think the auto-update expiration is automatically added when devices are enrolled in Google Workspace, which can be helpful. If you’ve got the data for iiQ’s analytics tools for depreciation, etc, even better!

… off I go to map that data myself so I can reference it for inventory.
