It looks like assets assigned to users aren’t showing up in the user’s profile page. I noticed this today (Monday, 09/16/2024), however some of my staff told me they noticed it last week with a few people.

Having the same issue. I have not opened a case yet. It happens randomly where the data does not show up but later it might work fine.

Is there still an issue where assets are not showing up when working in a ticket? In the past when you would go to select asset within a ticket the assets assigned to that room/location or the assets assigned to the user who submitted the ticket would show up. Now it is just blank.
I noted this in the ticket I have open with support currently that there is still some information missing.
