At Risk Devices

I am still learning how to use IIQ, how to I fail a device that is showing “At Risk” once I complete my inventory. My devices are either discarded or missing.

There are multiple different ways to apply a “failed” verification. 

From the specific asset details page, by selecting Options > Verify Asset. From there you would select the Failed option. 

 

 

If you have multiple assets you can use the Bulk actions:
