Audit devices in Pending state indefinitely?

I’ve got several audits set up in Incident IQ all pulling out of a sync that is run daily from Intune. Everything has been working fine for about a month now and then all of a sudden I’ve got 2 of the 4 of them showing all devices with a “Pending” status. I’ve tried re-running my audit and re-syncing the data from Intune, but so far nothing I have done is making any difference. Is there something I am missing here from a troubleshooting standpoint or is this just part of some ongoing issues?

I believe this may have been a delay in when we process these audits. They are not immediate, and looking on their site now all audits have been updated to reflect devices that have been verified, failed, or pending.

If this happens again, please send a support ticket to our team and they can take a closer look.
