Checking in to see if there is a way to automatically check out linked assets at the same time? For example, if I wanted to link several assets that belong in a classroom and then check them all out at once to the same person, is that possible? And then be able to check them all in at the same time?
I had to do them individually in my testing and didn’t see a way to create a rule to help with this.

I have suggested something similar to the exchange idea in the past but still no cigar. I wish IIQ gave you an option to assign classrooms to teachers, that way all the classroom-assigned tech automatically falls under the teacher’s profile. When teacher leaves, just unassign them from classroom and boom! all tech checked out at once.
