Checkout duration with automatic return reminder

Is there a method to checkout a device with “time allowed” and then have iiQ automatically send a “nag” for the user to return the device (when “time allowed” has passed)?

@jo.cpa you could accomplish this by setting up a rule for Tickets: ‘On a Schedule.’ We currently use this for our day-use loaner chargers to send an email each day thereafter, if the charger is not returned. Our conditions and actions look like this:

@Erica Thanks for your suggestion.  The Moving Dates are somewhat limiting.  I do like the idea though.  We are currently loaning extra Chromebooks for two weeks during testing.  I would want the reminder to go out on day 15.  There really isn’t the flexibility to do that though.

Seems like there should be more options.
