Hello, 

 

I am trying to make tickets for Chromebooks that have physical damage done to them. I DO NOT want to have them to be “Checked In” into our storage. I just need tickets made for each asset. Is there a way to to do this.

There are a couple of ways to do this. I think the easiest way if you have the devices in front of you is a bulk action from Rapid Scan to submit a ticket.

Or you could create a view of the assets and then open a ticket with a bulk action.
