The custom fields in my asset views are not loading.  The custom fields are also not showing up in the bulk “Set Info” menus.

I am having the same issue and I’m so busy right now I need this to work.  It worked this morning.  I put in a ticket for it.

I have given them a heads up that these reports are coming in so hopefully we will be able to get right on it! 😄


My ability to use custom fields is back and showing up like normal. But now I am getting an error message when trying to update in bulk.  Anyone else getting this message?  

 


@christine214 Did you add this information to your support ticket? We have not seen other reports like that at this time. 


@Kathryn Carter Yes, I added that to my ticket.  Seems to be when bulk updating a custom field only.  Standard options are working normally.


Any updates on the issue of not being able to set info to custom fields?  I’m still having the same issue as ​@christine214  and it’s been seven days.  I’ve already put in a ticket for this as well.


No update to the ticket I put in.  Just that they are working on it.  I did figure out a work around.  As long as I select a Standard field option first when bulk updating, I can then add custom fields and it works.  But you have to start with a standard field first or it won’t work.  So even though I do not need to update the location, I am using that as my standard field to make bulk updating work.  


That process works for me too.  Thanks for the information ​@christine214!  It was getting frustrating doing them one by one.  This will help get us back on track with our summer work.


Glad that worked for you too.  This is our busy inventory time and I live in IIQ doing bulk updates over the summer.
