The custom fields in my asset views are not loading. The custom fields are also not showing up in the bulk “Set Info” menus.
I am having the same issue and I’m so busy right now I need this to work. It worked this morning. I put in a ticket for it.

I have given them a heads up that these reports are coming in so hopefully we will be able to get right on it!
My ability to use custom fields is back and showing up like normal. But now I am getting an error message when trying to update in bulk. Anyone else getting this message?

Any updates on the issue of not being able to set info to custom fields? I’m still having the same issue as
No update to the ticket I put in. Just that they are working on it. I did figure out a work around. As long as I select a Standard field option first when bulk updating, I can then add custom fields and it works. But you have to start with a standard field first or it won’t work. So even though I do not need to update the location, I am using that as my standard field to make bulk updating work.

Glad that worked for you too. This is our busy inventory time and I live in IIQ doing bulk updates over the summer.
