Device Owner Not Updating

Asset still shows previous user as the owner of the device even after it has synced with Jamf. All info is entered and correct in Jamf. How do I make it so Incident IQ updates the device owner as well?

@AMeyer Greendale Schools is on the right track here, I would suggest checking your import options!

Under Apps>Manage>Jamf, what do you have set on the General tab under “import options”? Do you also have “update asset” enabled on that same page?

If you look at the details tab for an asset, have any changes been made after a sync?

The lack of updates to the IIQ Jamf Pro application had been a concern or maybe an annoyance, but it’s been left out to pasture so long now that it’s becoming a fire.  Please, please update the Jamf Pro IIQ app to use bearer token authentication and the new (not Classic) API.  They’re removing compatibility for features that the IIQ app needs to even provide basic functionality.  I’ve brought this up to support repeatedly and rather than address it they assume I’m using Jamf School and close the ticket.
