I am trying to export detailed room information into a spreadsheet and it will not. I see it on the screen, but when I export it, it only shows the building and not the room. Attached are what I need and what I get.
Any help on how to get the “gondola f” portion of the room information into the spreadsheet would be much much appreciated as I am attempting to look for these assets.

I think this is one of our limitations with exporting all the info in all columns for each view. I would suggest adding your feedback on this Idea Exchange request:

Hmm I haven’t exported rooms myself. I’m assuming you’re doing this from the Rooms section in the left-navigation?
When you click Export, in the window that comes up, you should see a Columns tab. Are all the columns you need listed there?
I am not. I am doing it from the assets section because I need the room information for certain assets so I filtered by asset tags.
I don’t think you’ll be able to get the detailed data, then, since an Asset View focuses on data associated with the asset itself. I often end up doing 2 exports in situations like this - one with the asset data, another with the owner or room data.
Someone else may know if I’m missing something!
