False Duplicate Assets

I’m importing new assets, and IQ thinks my new assets are duplicates on the import process. I check the tags and serials in my search, and they are not found in my database. How do I fix this?

Hi @anthony.wilson thanks for your question. Have you tried to do the import by preferring either Serial Number or Asset Tag instead of using both to match?

I tried it, and I was successful! Thank you!
