I wanted to get some more clarification from you so we can provide you with the necessary next steps. Are these windows devices currently managed within your Google Devices integration that you have synced with your iiQ? Have you tried importing these assets and they are not importing correctly? 

Any assets you have within your Google Devices integration should sync to your iiQ system. Another route is to import assets via a CSV. Once we get some more information, we will make sure to get all of your questions answered 

I have a  testing windows device in our companied owned inventory within google admin and it is not syncing to IIQ. Wondering if I am missing a step to get those to show in IIQ?

@curtinat, thank you for clarifying this for me. I’m going to suggest that you contact our support team so they can get a better look at why these assets are not syncing. To contact the support team click the Help icon at the top of your iiQ site. Then, scroll down to the iiQ Support section in the right flyout. There you will see a button to Report an Issue. Please reach out if you have any questions.
