IIQ Butchering Model Pictures

For some reason IIQ is absolutely butchering the image uploaded to a model. I’ve tried a variety of dimensions and cropping them differently, but the image preview keeps coming out nearly unrecognizable (see example below with Securly Classroom/Filter). Is there any officially recommended image format or dimensions to stop this from happening?

I find that having a logo that is 150x150 and already round (think instagram logo style) can be really helpful. It’s a small area being displayed!

Thanks ​@EStapf_iiQ, I just opted to crop the logos down to only the icon part at 200x200 and that’s looking better now. I’ll give 150x150 a try next

@Kathryn Carter I’ve been using 150x150 for new models and that seems to be working well!
