Hello,

 

When trying to import assets, iiQ skips all records with the message:

 

 User does not have 'assets.create' to LocationId

 

Also, some records say “Model is required”. That issue applies to items where we want to track the maintenance being performed, but there is no applicable model number for the asset.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@SAugustine 96762cb qasonline Thank you for submitting your question. First, I would check to ensure everything is properly mapped within your spreadsheet. Second, I would rerun the import. 

If those do not work, please submit a ticket to support! 😄

AFAIK, you cannot import something without a model, you might need to create a placeholder model that is called “Maintenance Model” or something to identify it.
