Is there a feature in IQ where it automatically assigns a device to a user? For example lets say I have a new staff complete & sign an acceptable use policy form and then that assigns their device to IQ as an owner.

There is not a way to have it auto assign a device based on the user signing a policy, because iiQ will still need to know which device we are assigning to the user that signed the policy.
But with the Policy Manager you create a policy where an agent will receive a warning when checking out an asset to a user that has not accepted or declined an active policy.
You can also have you MDM integration auto assign users devices tho.

+1THANK YOU!! We didn’t know about that the MDM integration can auto assign devices. We just set it up for Microsoft Intune and it works great!
